Bovington War Memorial

Bovington War Memorial

Royal Armoured Corps Memorial at Bovington Tank Museum

This memorial is the centre piece to a multi million pound revamp to the tank museum, it is situated in the memorial garden between the car park and the museum entrance. Incised into the face of the stone are the names of those who have lost their lives in action since the Second World War. It is a commanding structure that stands 2.4m high x 8m wide.

Our involvement was to inscribe the wording, carve the RAC emblem and erect the memorial. In recognition to our input and craftsmanship our M.D. Chris Emery was personally invited to meet The Queen.
